Click Here to See Exemption Policy

Note: Please check Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Exemption cases not covered in the general policy (mentioned above) but otherwise deserving on the basis of qualification in the relevant field can be considered individually. Exemptions are available upon full qualification except in case of ICAP/ICMAP/ACCA where part qualification.

The exemptions specified above particularly for MBA/M. Com and B. Com/BBA are the maximum available dependent on 80% coverage of PIPFA's syllabus and qualification acquired from recognized institution. There is no prospect of considering exemptions beyond the maximum available hence no claim should be filed in this respect.

EXEMPTIONS CLAIM

Students desiring to avail exemptions should file their exemption claim on the prescribed Exemption Form or its copy along with the fees and attested copies of Degree/Certificate and Transcript/Mark Sheet of the qualification on the basis of which exemption is sought.

The claim for exemption should be filed immediately on registration but not later than January 31st for those appearing in Summer Examination and by July 31st in case of Winter Examination.

Exemptions are optional. Those who do not want to avail exemption can do so without any formality.

Exemptions are allowed according to the policy enforce at the time of grant of exemption for which PIPFA issues Exemption Certificates as evidence of acceptance of exemption claim.

PRE-EVALUATION OF EXEMPTION

Candidates can get their eligibility for exemption pre-evaluated before actual enrollment or registration with PIPFA. For the purpose they should send transcripts/marks-sheets of their qualifications to PIPFA Head Office. They should also submit details of course contents where the course coverage is not very explicit from the transcripts/marks-sheets. Pre-evaluation is suggested particularly in the cases of MBA/ M. Com/BBA qualified persons.
