The affairs
of the Institute are managed by a 12-member Board of
Governors, which comprises 9 members of the sponsoring
bodies -3 from each of the sponsors and 3 members elected
by the members of PIPFA in the general body meeting
every three years. The nominees of Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Cost &
Management Accountants of Pakistan are usually the members
on the council of respective institutes. The nominees
of Department of Auditor General of Pakistan are usually
Officers of Director General or higher level.
Following

i.e. elected by PIPFA members or nominated by sponsoring
