Public and Corporate Sector Students
All students are hereby advised to clear Annual Subscription by March 08, 2010.
It is to mention here that annual subscription expires on June 30 of every year.
We wish to draw attention of our students towards clause 3.4.4 of PIPFA Career Plan and Syllabus that “Registration of a student, who does not pay the annual subscription within six months from the date it falls due, i.e. 1st July of every years is liable to be cancelled.”
As per rule the registration of all those students may be cancelled who will not pay their dues by March 08, 2010.
Moreover, those students who intend to appear in Summer 2010 Examinations are instructed to pay their Annual Subscription along with dues (if any) by March 08, 2010 otherwise their admit cards will be withheld.
DEADLINE EXTENDED FOR CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Dear Members,
We like to inform that the deadline for cessation of membership has been extended from January 30, 2010 to February 6, 2010 for the convenience of our valued members. No further extension will be granted. The subscription letters have been dispatched but if you do not receive the same, please contact PIPFA secretariat immediately.
As per decision of Board of Governors the name of members will be deleted from member’s directory if they do not clear their dues till February 6, 2010.
Payment of arrears amount could be made by providing the bank draft, pay order or crossed cheque in favour of PIPFA drawn any bank branch at Karachi is received at our head office before February 6, 2010. In case the crossed Cheque is drawn on any bank branch outside Karachi please add Rs.300 as collection charges. Members at Lahore or Faisalabad can also make payment to our Lahore or Faisalabad office at the address given at our website.
You are requested to pay your dues at your earliest failing which your name can not be printed in Members Directory 2010. Your early response in this regard will be highly appreciated.
Those students who wish to take admission in PIPFA or are registered with PIPFA are hereby informed that only PIPFA approved colleges are authorized to conduct coaching classes for the purpose of appearing in the PIPFA Examinations. The students are advised to contact only PIPFA affiliated / registered colleges / institutes for PIPFA registration and coaching purpose (list of affiliated institutes is available on PIPFA website). PIPFA will not be responsible for any dealing with the college / institute other than PIPFA approved colleges / institutes.

Notice for Students Appearing in Winter Exam-2009
All the students of Corporate, Public and Punjab Sectors are hereby informed that Mobile Phones or any Communication means are strictly prohibited in the Examination Hall, therefore all students appearing in Winter Examinations 2009 are advised not to bring Mobile Phones or any other similar devices with them in the Examination Center.
All the students are also required to bring their Admit Card alongwith CNIC or PIPFA Registration Card (in original) for identity check failing which no student will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall. ----------------------

ATTENTION
We wish to draw the attention of all PIPFA students towards the clause 3.4 of PIPFA syllabus which pertains to cancellation and suspension of Registration of a student and clearly states that a student of the institute shall be deemed to be guilty of misconduct, and will face cancellation/suspension of registration, if he/she fails to comply with any of the directives issued by the management of the Institute or involves himself/herself in such activities which cause damage to the image of the Institute.
In the light of above mentioned clause the students are warned not to take part in such activities which may result in cancellation of their registration forever.
